Overview

As KARE's user base grew and diversified, our one-size-fits-all onboarding approach became increasingly ineffective at meeting the varied needs of different user segments. The rigid structure not only impacted new user activation but also hindered the adoption of new features across our platform.

To address this challenge, I led a comprehensive initiative to revolutionize our user education strategy. After conducting extensive vendor evaluations, we selected and implemented a no-code digital adoption platform that enabled us to create personalized, interactive learning experiences. This solution allowed us to move beyond traditional static onboarding to deliver dynamic, context-aware guidance that adapts to each user's role, experience level, and usage patterns.
