Overview

As the product team grew, I identified a need in our stakeholder engagement process. Without structured feedback channels, we were missing valuable insights from key departments and risking misalignment on product decisions.

To bridge this gap, I implemented a comprehensive feedback meetings that established regular touchpoints across the organization. This included scheduled syncs with sales, marketing, customer success, legal, and support teams - each cadence carefully chosen to match the department's needs and impact on product decisions.

This systematic approach transformed our product development process, creating a continuous flow of market insights, user feedback, and business intelligence. What began as a communication initiative evolved into a core business process that improved product decisions and strengthened cross-functional relationships
